Instructional rounds are a transformative way to include teachers in the development of campus-wide, short-term goals. During this session, you will learn how one district has utilized ALL teachers in the instructional rounds process to impact continuous educator and student growth. You will have the opportunity to define an implementation team and develop an implementation timeline that fits your direction and needs. Everyone will leave with digital access to planning documents and a web archive of past instructional rounds outcomes. In addition, I will share how Floydada ISO has leveraged existing collaborative practices, such as Professional Learning Communities (PLC), to support instructional rounds goals and action plans.
