How do you meet the varied needs of your staff in order to maximize professional growth? (T-TESS, 4.3). Katy ISD’s Elementary Curriculum & Instruction office is meeting those needs through a robust collection of online and face-to-face professional learning opportunities. The selections are housed in our district learning management system, Canvas, and seek to collaboratively foster professional growth through several structures of learning: facilitated hybrid courses, self-paced courses, district-wide professional learning days, and enhanced curriculum.
