What are the actionable steps that schools can take for effective and sustained school transformation? In this interactive session, participants will explore how a shared visual "language for learning" can be used as a foundation for successful whole-school change. Using a case study approach, participants will identify the common factors that led to successful school transformation, discuss the role of a shared school culture and learning language in sustaining change, and reflect on opportunities for building the foundations for change in their own schools. Participants will leave with evidence stories to reflect on and a set of tools to explore.
